About

I was born and raised in France and moved to New York to go to college. I have lived in the United States since then. I hold a double Master's degree in Social Work from New York University (NYU) and Child Development from Sarah Lawrence College. My education and clinical training have provided me with a deep understanding of the complexities of child and adolescent mental health, as well as the intricate dynamics within families.

I have worked for many years at an outpatient mental health clinic in the Bronx providing individual psychotherapy, where I worked with a diverse population, supporting clients from varied cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. This experience has enriched my practice, helping me develop a strong ability to adapt my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.

I am currently working as a school social worker in a bilingual environment at a PK3-8 school, where I support students, families, and staff in navigating the social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that can arise in a school setting. This role allowed me to work closely with children and their families, offering individual counseling, group therapy, and support for academic and behavioral issues within a culturally diverse community.

Additionally, I specialize in dyadic work with parents and infants, focusing on strengthening the parent-child relationship during the early stages of development. By supporting secure attachment and emotional regulation, I help lay a foundation for healthy emotional and social growth.

I use a holistic, evidence-based approach to therapy, combining my expertise in social work and child development to address emotional, behavioral, and relational issues. Throughout my practice, I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to work through their challenges.

I believe in the power of therapeutic relationships to foster positive change, and I am dedicated to supporting families in building stronger, healthier connections.
